Configuring Wireless Access for UT Guests

Open Start menu > Settings > Network Connections

Right-click Wireless Network Connection, and choose Properties.

Click the Add button. Fill in the fields as shown. Make sure GUEST is all caps!

Click OK.

Click the Advanced button. Choose the second option.

Click OK. The computer should connect to the network by now.

If you are using Internet Explorer 7.0, enable the use of SSL 2.0. Open in Internet Explorer Tools > Internet Options, click on the Advanced tab, and select Use SSL 2.0.

Go to Arthur Kamst or René Buijsrogge. They will log the computer on to the wireless network. This login works for one day; each day you want to use the wireless network, the login procedure needs to be repeated.
